My dance style comes from hbcu culture and from performers that have inspired me through the years like beyonce Ciara Janet Rihanna etc…
It would show a lot to not only to me but to my city. There is so much talent in Shreveport Louisiana but it’s not always showed. I want to show people that you can be self taught and work hard to accomplish your dreams.
I would definitely invest in it to open up a dance studio that makes people of all colors shapes and sizes free to be them and more. And just really grow with it as well.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
