I have accumulated various dance styles throughout my years of dancing. I love the sassiness and femininity of majorette which I have been doing since the age of 16. I love hardness and exotic self-expression in hip-hop style which I have been doing since the age of 7. In all, my dance styles consist of jazz, majorette, and hip-hop. I aspire to be a versatile dancer. I value the culture and technique in each style, which increases my passion and curiosity in expanding my versatility.
Being in Ciara’s music video, will not only fulfill the childhood dream. This opportunity will demonstrate to me what it’s like to be a professional dancer, to embody my confidence, and to stand out. It will genuinely help me understand my worth and presence as a dancer. Being in Ciara’s music videos will open so many doors for me that I would’ve never imagined. I will know what it’s like to live my dream. PLUS I GET TO MEET CIARA 💕.
With the $20,000, I would use it to start my fine arts therapy program. In this program, it will emphasize the holistic approach of Fine Arts and Dance in the mental health field and the community. Self-expression through arts especially in dance is one thing that has allowed me to release my trauma. Expressing oneself through fine arts has so many healing properties that people often overlook. I will have the ability to help others heal their mind, body, and spirit.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Entrepreneur of Impact, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
