My dance style is comprised of contemporary ballet background with incorporation of “new school” hiphop fusion. I move very fluidly and try to make distinctions in levels and musicality my thing. My inspiration is my late grandmother, she always wanted me to dance and live out my wildest dreams and that’s what I was put on this earth to do.
Being Ciara’s music video would give me the platform to network with other dance creatives and build an empire of my own one day. Ciara is big inspiration to me both musically and physically with dance. I have a plan for my work in the industry I just need the correct outlet and I believe this will be it for me.
I would help my parents pay for my education at Temple University and save the rest to build my own dance studio in the future. It’s my dream to give back other kids that love the arts as much as I did when I was younger. I want my studio to be called E35, and have various genre lessons along with other creative outlets for kids.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
