I’m in love with contemporary hip-hop but I adore all cultures and styles of dancing. My dream as a child/teenager was to be able to be on TMilly TV in LA and simply dance in a studio. My dance icons are of course Ciara, MJ, Janet Jackson, JLO, Shakira as well as so many more. As well as many dancers on TikTok that I have learned and grown from.
Dancing in general has a massive impact on my life as I soar through the struggles with mental health. At my worst moments, I just dance through all the pain. Appearing in Ciara’s music video would provide me with a sense of fulfillment that would be once in a lifetime, I would be absolutely speechless but beyond the level of grateful. The impact all together would simply be living a childhood dream and possibly open doors for opportunities in the future.
As many families struggle in these difficult times, we all have a story to tell. Dance is my greatest outlet. Money is truly irrelevant in this opportunity, with that the attribute would be put towards a home of our own for my family. As well as a jump start to obtain my own dance studio within my small community for the children and adults to be able to come and express theirselves through the beauty of dance.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Entrepreneur of Impact, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
