Help me compete to become the Dance Icon and appear in a music video with Ciara and win $20,000!
My dance style is a fusion between jazz-funk, hip hop, and contemporary. I hold a lot of inspirations in of course, Ciara, Beyoncé, and most importantly my mother. My mother didn’t get to pursue her dreams because of struggles and hardships, so I gather inspiration in her working hard still to take care of her family.
Being in Ciara’s music video would not only impact my life, IT WOULD CHANGE MY LIFE! Her video would open up so many doors for me and opportunities to pursue further in a dance career.
I would give half of the money to my dance team. I choreograph for a dance team in the town of Braddock, Pa. Our dance team doesn’t have access to a permanent practice space and costumes for performances. This money would definitely help. The other half, I would help my mother get back on her feet.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
