My dance style is urban hiphop and I was inspired as a little girl by Aaliyah which was my favorite artist growing up as a child. I always performed in talent shows singing and dancing. As a child I would choreograph dance steps to perform in multiple talent shows while in elementary school. I also took dance through out high school and currently a dancer now. It would be a dream to break it in a dance competition and get a chance to meet Ciara personally.
Being in Ciara’s dance video would impact my life drastically allowing me to experience new dance styles and network with other professional dancers. I have always been a fan of Ciara since the 6th grade and would practice her choreography while watching her on BET. This chance could also give me an opportunity to break out in the choreography field and show the talent that I have always shared with audiences.
With this 20,000 I would pay my tuition for schooling as I am currently waiting on acceptance to CalPoly Pomona. I have 1 1/2 years left of school which could definitely allow me a chance to focus on reaching my goal of graduation and practice my dream job as a veterinarian. Given this opportunity I could gain the knowledge of various dance styles while networking with other professional as I am currently dancing my way through school.
