I started dancing at age 4, diving into Bharatanatyam, a vibrant Indian classical style that taught me to tell stories through powerful expressions, intricate gestures, and rhythmic footwork. In high school, I explored Jazz and Hip-Hop, boosting my versatility and creativity. This fusion led me to Bollywood, where I blend Eastern elegance with Western flair. Now, as a dancer of the world, I’m always eager to light up the stage and share my dynamic, cross-cultural journey!
It would be absolutely transformative! As a '90s baby who grew up in the Bay Area on Ciara’s music, this is a dream come true for me!! Being an artist is what has fueled me through my journey in medicine and I have always wanted to pursue more dancing in a professional way, so this would be an AMAZING opportunity to show the world that if I can do both, so can you!!!!
Oh this is an easy answer - first, Id pay off some of that medical school debt because I just finished 12 years of medical training. Id then work on setting up my own dance school for children!!! Working with kids in an out of the hospital is my priority, and giving them an opportunity to dance would be a dream :)
