My dance style is Ballet i’ve been dancing ballet since i was 2 and went to an actual ballet school when i was 6 and i have been dancing there for 15 years now. Ballet is an Art of Dedication and Discipline it takes a lot to be a ballerina, it takes blood sweat and tears, as a ballet dancer You show out beautiful movements embracing flowing lines, grace and elegance while also you show out the incredible strength and flexibility a ballet dancer has.
It would also impact my life because this is a big thing that can help me go to places in life and do more music videos with more people it would make me a better dancer. It was also be interesting and motivating for me learning more dances like more hip hop, jazz, contemporary etc. But it would really impact as myself being a latina dancer it would impact power and connections deeply into both cultural identity, yes it could be challenging and hard but overall dance is a feeling of liberation.
It would impact me a lot because i am currently struggling with finances right now i am struggling to go to college because i can’t afford half the tuition and these 20,000 would help me get a chance in impact with a better dance career and also my school career. I’d also give the money to church donations in my country to help them with food, extra clothing, bibles, water and kids toys.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
