My inspiration I would say comes from my family. Being from the Bronx, adds a little more spice as my dance style has always been influenced by my love for hip hop. Appreciation for the culture as well as to the ones who came before me inspires me to get up and do what I love in each and every day.
Being Ciara’s video would allow me to showcase my skills as well as to take my progress even further. Collaboration is a big part of what we do as dancers so an opportunity like this would help me to expand more and I would be very happy that I got to be a part of the movement.
If I received $20,000 today I would use the money to pay for my education. I have been saving money and applying to grants so that way I can go back to school and get my degree.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
