I’ve been dancing since I was 5 years old and fell in love with ballet and jazz. My passion for dance stems from watching beautiful dance routines on YouTube and thinking to myself, “I want to do that”. I would dance around the house until my mom put me in dance classes. As I got older I started to peak an interest in heels and hip hop. I love the way my body can tell a story and express emotions that I’m not able to say verbally. Dance is my way of therapy and connecting
Being in Ciara’s music would change my life completely in such a good way. I know that It will give me an opportunity to network with amazing people and start my dance career in such a huge way.
I would use the $20,000 to start my own dance company. It has always been a dream of mine to teach novice dancers to chase their dreams like me. I want to teach a variety of dance genres and travel the world doing so.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
