My most favorable styles of dance is modern, jazz, and hip hop. With these styles you can show more personality and entertain the audience; I love to perform in front of others and connect with them through the movements and musical selection. Seeing vast smiles across the faces of others brightens my day and reassures me that I am living my true purpose.
Being in Ciara’s music video would have a great impact on my life because it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity and it will allow me to network with likeminded individuals; which will open more doors for me in the future. I’ve never worked with a professional performer before, so I would be extremely grateful and receive as much advice as possible.
Once I’ve graduated I would use the rest of the funds to invest in a building and open up my dance studio to teach other young dancers who have aspirations and love to be a dancer.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
