Dancing has always been my outlet and it has helped me overcome foster care, homelessness and so many other obstacles. I would describe my dance style as being very free, diverse and engaging. Ciara is one of my biggest inspirations, she’s definitely for the underdogs. Music in itself inspires me and the ability to tell a story through movement is very powerful. I love having the gift of dancing.
I’ve always wanted to dance with Ciara she’s one of my favorite artist and my favorite dancer. I remember learning how to do the Matrix in Jr High-School. I grew up listening and dancing to her music. It would change my life drastically. I love her so much and this would be an answered prayer and dream come true. The little girl in me would be so hype and proud. I think it would inspire the kids I serve to go for their dreams as well and to take risks too.
I would do a few things with the $20,000 First I would pay my tithes and offering in church. Secondly I would put $3000 towards my school debt I would also use some of the money to donate to two of the schools that I work at as a social worker so that the kids in after school can enjoy new experiences and have exposure to new environments. During middle school and highschool exposure beyond the block is everything. Whatever I have left I’ll put towards a vacation as well.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Entrepreneur of Impact, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
