I love all styles of dance. I’ve trained in many styles of dance and I’ve learned to fall in love with all of them. Tap, jazz, hip hop, ballet , contemporary, African, burlesque, etc. They all speak to my soul and give me the opportunity to translate what my soul feels and speaks through dance.
Being in Ciara’s music video would would be more confirmation than God has already shown me that the sky is the limit. Of course the financial benefit is huge but the true meaning behind art and how inclusive and healing it can be, will come to the forefront for myself and those in the dance community. It would inspire me, which means it will inspire others because I will continue to spread what this win would mean to me to others.
The first thing I would do with the $20,000 is give to a cause or group of people in need. Do what I can to help financially and purposefully. Then, I would help my family as much as I can. Lastly, I would save the rest to help me pursue my dream of becoming a professional dancer and choreographer out in L.A.
