I am trained in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop and contemporary. I’m inspired by not only my passion but by the environment around me and current media. I love choreographing themed dances because it sparks my creativity through movement, costuming and music choice.
Being in Ciara’s music video would greatly improve my life as a dancer in the Bay Area because not a lot of dancers from my area make it to the big time. It would help to promote my business as well as inspire my students to strive for artistry as a successful career. Many people disparage a career in the arts and I would like to prove you can be successful and creative.
With the $20,000 prize I would improve my dance studio by moving to a better building in a higher visibility area. By moving my business to a higher traffic area I would get more students and be able to make a greater impact in my community as well as improve the lives of myself and my family.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Entrepreneur of Impact, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
