Dance is not only my passion, it is my life. Dancing allows me to be free, and there are no limits to what I can do. I love hip hop because it allows me to be myself and show my personality. When I am dancing I feel connected to the music. I also like to stay well rounded in every style to keep me on my toes. I consistently take multiple styles of dance to expand my knowledge and training.
Being in Ciara’s music video will impact my life because it is an amazing learning experience and will open more opportunities for me in dance world. As a young dancer in the beginning of my career, it would be inspirational working with Ciara. She is influential to the dance industry and young dancers like me who inspire to fulfill their dreams. With $20,000 I would further invest into my dance training. I would use it to travel for other dance programs, so I can strengthen my skills beyond what I am able to learn in my local area. With $20,000 it would allow me to attend dance training opportunities that I cannot afford to do now. This would push me to be the best dancer I can be and elevate my potential.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
