I would say growing up my style was majority hip hop . Over the years I have gotten comfortable with my body and learning a new side of dance within myself and have explored sensual heels, ballet, majorette, crumping and more . I inspire to be me to the fullest and anything I try to execute the dance one hundred percent . My inspiration is to not keep myself in a box and allowing myself to be free in all genres of dance, to never be afraid to be uncomfortable within my craft.
Being in Ciara’s video will impact my life by providing a platform to showcase my talent in a positive form. This could possibly open many doors for me when it comes to be a professional dancer, whether coaching, touring, choreographing shows, and much more . This will show the world who Brooklyn is not just a dancer, but an artist all around and what the dance world has been missing, authenticity!
The first thing that I would do with the 20,000 is buy out my mom’s dance studio so she doesn’t pay rent on the building anymore and we can OWN it, no one can take it from us . Then I will invest in my career by pushing the agenda of the platform I was just on with Ciara and chance my life . The bookings and money will come, the background of dance is important to me . I have my own dance classes at this studio as well . I want to build a legacy through the love of dance !
