My dance style is multifaceted, but it is rooted in hip hop foundation. I've always been in love with R&B and hip hop culture and music. I love showcasing my love of music through dance. My music inspirations are Usher, Chris Brown, Beyonce, Ciara, Missy Elliot, and Michael Jackson. They breathe and exude the love of their passion through their artistry and dance. My dance inspirations are Josh Smith, Andrew Baterina, Ysabelle Capitule, Johnny Blaze, Lyle Beniga, & Melvin TimTim.
It would impact my life spiritually, as it would be an answered prayer of mine. Besides professionally, it would also allow me to be an impact for my family, friends, and students to believe that you can do whatever you put your mind to and dreams can come true.
The $20,000 would help me start my dream non-profit organization for foster care and underserved children. I would host dance workshops and events to help raise money and awareness for these children.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
