I’m trained in various styles of dance with an emphasis on Jazz and contemporary. For me, dancing is a way to express my emotions and my goal is to not only entertain the audience, but also make them feel things through dance.
Being in Ciara’s music video would give me exposure into the professional world of dance. It would be an incredible opportunity to create with other artists, network, and present my skills. I aspire to become a professional dancer and this opportunity can help me get a step closer to that. Additionally, being in a music video is a dream of mine as I am incredibly passionate about dance and would love to share my confidence with the world.
The $20,000 prize would help me pay off student loans and debts which would be my first priority. With the remaining funds, I would help my family with their expenses. Additionally, I’d like to use some of the money to invest in my future by taking more, professional dance classes.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
