My dance style is connected by all styles of dance. Having ballet technique helps me understand my center and weight transfer. Hip Hop helps me with grooves and textures but also helps me stay grounded. Tap allows me to connect and listen to the music. Jazz helps me bring out all my sassy moves. Last but not least, contemporary makes me feel with my emotions and with all of those genres combined, I am able to keep my passion for alive. I truly believe that it shows throughout my performances.
Being able to dance in Ciara's music video would make a huge impact on my dance career because I truly love to dance. It would be an honor to show the world my love for dance through the video and to be a positive influence on other dancers. I feel like it would be a great accomplishment, and I also feel like it would open so many opportunities for me as a dancer.
I would save some for college and I would potentially purchase a car for my mother. Lastly, I would go to target and buy all the curly hair products I could find!
