Dance has always been my voice, and in the early 2000s, artists like Ciara, Chris Brown, Alison Stoner, and Lil Mama ignited my passion. Their unique energy inspired me to blend diverse styles under the heart of hip-hop. My stage name, Flex, reflects my journey—it came from recreating Ciara’s iconic move in the "Like a Boy" video, a moment that defined my strength and creativity. Through dance, I aim to inspire others, sharing stories that move hearts and celebrate individu
Being in Ciara's music video would be a dream come true and a full-circle moment for me. Back during the "Step Up" movie music video auditions, I was too young to even have a MySpace account to try out. Ciara has always been one of my biggest dance inspirations, and getting the chance to work with her now would be an incredible honor. It’s more than just an opportunity—it would be proof that following your passion can lead to amazing, life-changing moments.
Winning $20,000 would be life-changing and allow me to take meaningful steps toward my dreams. My better half and I could finally work toward buying our first home, creating a stable foundation for our future. It would also support my career shift to becoming a full-time dancer and choreographer, turning my passion into a profession.
