I’ve did the art of movement since i was 10 years old! I did drill, step, cheer and hip hop dance growing up. Nowadays at 25 i’ve tapped into heels, jazz funk, hip hop choreography and honestly anything i can get my hands on! My inspiration is my mental health and my late cousin. Dance has saved me multiple times. Dance has been my therapist, my confidence, and my best friend. My cousin Georgia is the person who supported me unconditionally. She was 21. now i dance in her honor.
Back in 2019, in Seattle Washington, Ciara did a halftime showcase for the Seahawks to the song Level Up. It was on my first paying gigs and couldn’t believe i was on the same stage as THE Ciara! Being In Ciara’s music video would heal my inner child and bring me something to share back to my dance community. always watched her dance in all her videos; i would know the choreo just from watching! I’d be so proud to share with my dance family that WE can do this!
If i was blessed to receive the $20,000 i would start by clearing my debt. I would get my koach something because without him who knows if dance would still be in my life 15 years later. Lastly would put aside money to pay for IVF for me and my partner to have children.
