I’ve been a competitive dancer since the age of 3 so I’ve pretty much mastered every style of dance. My energy and attitude is great for hip pop, but I’m also extremely flexible and have good control for anything that’s more technical and strategic. I’ve been a dance captain, a dance teacher and the dancer. Over the years I’ve learned dance is the image of sound and I take stories & tell them through the images of dance.
Being in Ciara’s music video will give me more knowledge and experience that I can use to bring me further in the dancing industry. I will take everything that I’ve learned and use it to become the highest version of myself. This will also give people from my home town motivation to never give up and reassure them that’s it’s okay to be different from everyone else and to chase your dreams no matter who else is doubting them.
I would use the money to create an empire of my own. I want to create a safe space for dancers who are just like me and want to express their passion for dance without feeling judged or invalidated. I also would create a makeup line specifically for dancers with a darker skin complexion so that they can feel comfortable and confident on stage. Some of the best dancers get torn apart cause of their skin complexion and them not being able to “fit in”. I would help them admire who they
