My dance style is commercial hip hop! I started dance at 5 years old and since I’ve learned ballet, tap, pointe, lyrical, modern, musical theatre, and hip hop! I started competing in dance around age 7, and attending conventions. My strongest styles have always been hip hop and tap. I grew up dancing to Ciara music and I love the sassy hip hop vibe that she brings to the music. My inspiration has always been Stephen “tWitch” Boss. His drive and personality was so infectious!
Being in Ciara’s music video would impact my life in such huge ways. I’ve always been on the bigger body size and that has hurt me. I haven’t been seen as a true professional dancer because of that. But I have extensive experience and discipline and I would love to be able to show my passion to the world alongside a music icon! I’ve always wanted to be a performer as an adult and this would be a great start!
With $20,000 I would put a down payment on a house. I have had to live in expensive apartments since college and I want to actually own a home instead of renting a room. In addition to that I would love to make an area in my house available for fostering pets as I have a love for animals.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
