My dance style is broad and is a mix of hip-hop, ballet, jazz, tap, modern, and contemporary. I don't like to put myself into one box and I am always open to learning new styles. I love blending fluidity and sharp movements allowing me to fully express myself. Telling a story through dance with the goal of people understanding what I am trying to say with no words at all is what I strive to do. My inpiration comes from my mentors as well as my parents, I feel I have something I have to fufill.
Being in Ciara's music video would be a life-changing opportunity for me. My family came from humble beginnings, and my parents worked to give me the foundation and support to chase my dreams. Dancing is a prime example of the outcome of the sacrifices they made and I show great gratitude for the opportunities they created for me. Being part of her video would not only be a celebration of how far I’ve come but also a chance to represent my family’s resilience and hard work.
I would invest the money in my savings in order to begin building generational wealth and ensure financial stability. That money would then also be used to pay off my student debt. Another portion of the money would go toward furthering my dance training, including attending workshops, classes, and auditions that could take my career to the next level. This money would truly be a stepping stone toward achieving my dreams and helping others along the way.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Entrepreneur of Impact, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
