As a competitive dancer who has been dancing for 11+ years, I am trained in many different styles (ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, jazz funk, and ballroom) which makes me a well rounded and adapted dancer. I love being able to tell a story through the art of dance, no matter the style, and being able to entertain an audience at all times.
Being in a music video for such a major artist would be a huge personal milestone. The experience of working with a renowned artist, mastering choreography, and performing on a high-production set would challenge me to push my limits and refine my skills. Additionally, Ciara's energy, style, and work ethic would inspire me to elevate my own artistry and career approach.
I would love to pursue a BFA in dance and continue my dance training beyond high school. That money would give me a kick start on furthering my education to help pursue my passion of dance.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
