I am a trained Hip-Hop dancer who specializes in grooves, 90’s, house, locking, and whacking. I have trained since High School & in college at many professional dance studios including Debbie Reynolds, IDA, Millenium, and T Milly. I have trained under Cedric Botelho, Kayla Janssen, Randi Liberman, and many more industry choreographers. I’ve been inspired by many street dancers and street styles.
Being in Ciara’s music video would impact my life tremendously because I have always wanted to pursue dance but never had the financial stability to make it a career. My passion is dance and teaching the arts but because I needed a stable income I left this dream to pursue a corporate job and finish my schooling. My ultimate goal is to dance and spread my love for it to others.
I would put this money toward buying a dream home in Los Angeles and pursuing my love for dance in a full time capacity. I would love to donate some of the proceeds to a charity for the arts to also give back to my community that has helped me become the dancer I am today. Culture Shock LA is a non profit company I trained under and feel comfortable donating to them.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
