As a dancer, my movement seamlessly blends the grace and precision of classical ballet with the bold, rhythmic energy of majorette and hip-hop styles. From the disciplined, elegant lines of ballet, I carry a fluidity and control that enhances my sharp, commanding presence in the majorette tradition, where each toss and twirl is met with strength and poise. When I switch to hip-hop, my body becomes a vibrant expression of rhythm, utilizing sharp isolations, grounded grooves, and quick footwork
Being in video would fulfill a life long dream. At age 12 I had a traumatic brain injury . I was told I wouldn’t walk or talk. That inspired me to turn their no into yes. I am now a professional dancer and choreographer in the Seattle area. This opportunity would give me exposure needed to become successful in the competitive dance industry.
I would use the money to help my mother’s non profit Sistah’s Acts of Kindness. This nonprofit provides low income black and brown kids and families with or without special needs resources to support them through school. The non profit was thought upon from the struggles I faced having brain trauma while going through school. Being able to give back would mean the world to me.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Entrepreneur of Impact, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
