Growing up I had a versatile background being exposed to many different styles of dance including ballet, contemporary, tap, jazz, hip-hop, and musical theater. I then earned my B.F.A in Contemporary Dance Performance from Boston Conservatory at Berklee. I am now currently on the First National Tour of The Cher Show as a featured dancer pursuing musical theater!
This opportunity would be a once in a lifetime and would allow me to showcase my passion through a new lens. Growing up watching my favorite stars and dancers in music videos gave me a spark and inspiration to one day watch myself on screen. I have been professionally performing live for over 3 years now and would love to explore dancing on camera with a music sensation!
The first thing I would do with the $20,000 is payback my parents for supporting me through my young dance education as well as my college student loans. I would not be pursing my passion professionally if it weren’t for them.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
