After being the captain of the hiphop team at my performing arts high school senior year, I knew choreography was something my creativity would shine in. Ive seen Alvin Ailey every year since I was 8y/o and it continues to inspire different attitudes and styles within my own choreography.
I’ve looked up to Ciara since birth. I’m just a girl from the A who was obsessed with Ciara’s videos, and danced to her choreography in the living room while she was on tv. Being in this video will only confirm that if I dream big, work hard and stay focused, the right opportunity will find me, and I will be prepared.
I would definitely invest half into my own career: music videos, studio equipment The second half I would invest into a dance studio. I teach kids k-12 all forms of dance and I would love to direct my own dance company, and continue to be someone younger generations can want to be like, just like how Ciara was for me 🖤
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
