I’ve been dancing since I was 4. What keeps me inspired is after having two hip surgeries and being told I wouldn’t be able to dance anymore, it keeps me going to prove that statement wrong. I am trained in all styles: tap, jazz, ballet, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, musical theatre, but hip hop definitely holds a special place in my heart.
It would be such a great opportunity and give me such profound confidence as a dancer and acceptance that my hard work has paid off. It would be a surreal experience to be surrounded by such great talent and get inspired by the industry.
I am currently a junior in college, which isn’t cheap, and I want to go on to further my education, such as getting a masters and a Ph.D in forensic anthropology. So I would use the money to pay off tuition for these upcoming years.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Entrepreneur of Impact, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
