I’ve been inspired by those I call greats, like Ciara, Chris Brown, Michael Jackson, HBCU majorettes, and ballet. So, I guess I would describe my dance style as gumbo because it has so many flavors!
Being in Ciara's music video could really change my life! It would help me get noticed and open up new opportunities in dance and entertainment. I could meet other talented dancers and professionals, I'd learn a lot from the experience, improving my dance skills and understanding what it's like to perform in a real music video. Plus, it would inspire me to chase my dreams and motivate others, too! Overall, being part of such a special project
If I won $20,000, there are so many cool things I could do! But, I could take more dance classes and workshops to get even better. Buy new dance outfits and shoes to have for performances. Give $5000 to my mom! Save some for college or future dream studio. I would use a part of the money to help others by donating to a dyslexia nonprofit organization. Supporting kids with learning challenges.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
