As a person and especially as a dancer, I am very determined and dedicated. I chase after what I want and I do it to my fullest potential. I'm inspired by Sean Bankhead as well as Shannon Mather, who I've been blessed to study under this year. They both put so much love and personality into their work. I dance with undeniable confidence which reads well through my hip hop, contemporary, and jazz, as I believe being very versatile is so important in a dancer.
This opportunity would change my life tremendously. The connections I would make and the knowledge I would gain in this process would mean everything to me. From behind the camera to being in front, im excited to be able to learn at this level of expertise. I cant wait to see the person and dancer I will be at the end of such an amazing journey and I am extra excited for the new tools and experiences I'll be able to take with me in the rest of my career.
This amount of money would completely turn my life around. I am a young adult from Arizona who is grinding and training to make my wildest dance dreams come true in LA, so I would first use some of the money to invest in myself and my career. I would find a new living space of my own in LA. After that, I would give back to the people who stuck by me and supported me into getting where I am and who I am today.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
