I love dancing to high energy music which fuels and influences my movement by incorporating grooves, textures, and dynamics to add to my style. I like to infuse my technique training in ballet and contemporary with my hip hop training. This makes my movement pop from the crowd because of my own flavor I add to it. My inspirations are Tate McRae, Paula Abdul, Ciara, and Britney Spears. These artists are charismatic, authentic, hardworking, and add their flavor and voice to the arts community.
Being a fan of Ciara’s, this would impact me greatly. Being in a music video with her would change my life and give me the opportunity to perform alongside Ciara. Her music and her energy is unmatched and would give me the exposure and platform to showcase what I can do as a dancer and performer and open new doors for my career.
I’m a college student majoring in dance pursuing my career. I would help my parents pay off the rest of my schooling expenses. They have sacrificed a lot for me and this money would help me pay my parents back and also show my appreciation for all that they have done for me. They have been so supportive of my dance career for 20+ years and continue to help me pursue my dream because they believe in me. Whatever is left, I would use the money towards my dance training and commute to NYC.
