Tell us about your dance style or inspiration:

I have been dancing since I was two years old. I have trained in various styles. I am drawn to hip hop, jazz, and contemporary, but when asked what is my inspiration that is more complex. I find inspiration in the little things. If I see a piece of art, if I hear a song that makes me feel every beat, or just seeing people interact together. However, my largest inspiration is my uncle who passed away. He was a professional dancer who gave me my love and appreciation for this beautiful art form.

How would being in Ciara's music video impact your life?

It’s hard to put into words what something like this would do for me. For as long as I can remember I have wanted to be a professional dancer. It’s my passion, my drive, and I can’t imagine myself doing anything else. Getting an opportunity like this could be life changing for me. It could help to open more doors professionally, but more importantly would show me how hard work really does pay off. I am chasing my dreams and hopefully making them into a reality.

What would you do with the $20,000?

If I won $20,000 I would donate a portion of the winnings to help the families and individuals affected by these terrible fires in California. I live in California now but am from Nebraska. When I was younger my family and I lost our home to a fire. I understand the heartbreak and loss that so many are currently facing and would love to help in any way I can. I would use the rest to start a savings to open my own studio with a special needs program. Which has been a life goal of mine.
