My dance style is rooted in Hip Hop, infused with tap, modern, vogue, and house. I blend fluidity, sharp isolations, and 'ticky' movements to create a unique expression. My biggest inspirations come from my life experiences and Black culture, with icons like Missy Elliott, Ciara, Aaliyah, Michael Jackson, and Chris Brown, shaping my artistry. Dance is my freedom—it allows me to express emotions, tell stories, and live authentically with every movement.
Being in Ciara’s music video would be life-changing. She’s been a major inspiration to me, blending power, grace, and storytelling through her movements. Dancing with an icon I’ve admired for years would not only help me grow as a dancer but also bring me closer to living out one of my childhood dreams. As a 15-year-old Type 1 diabetic dancer, I would use the $20,000 to train with top artists, attend workshops, and create professional content. I also dream of starting my own dance program to inspire and uplift others. This funding would help me grow as a dancer, push creative boundaries, and share my artistry while honoring Black culture.
