My dance style is rooted in hip-hop, driven by my passion for creating beats and my dream of producing my own show. I love how the rhythm and energy of the music inspire movement and creativity. There’s something electrifying about performing hard-hitting, dynamic moves that exude confidence and style. For me, dance is about connecting with the beat, expressing individuality, and bringing a vision to life on stage
Being in Ciara’s music video would be life-changing for me and the urban youth I mentor through my nonprofit. We empower inner-city kids by showing them how dance can create positive opportunities, keeping them off the streets, away from drugs, and promoting healthy lifestyles. This exposure would inspire them to see what’s possible through hard work and passion. As their mentor, I know this opportunity would motivate them to pursue their dreams and believe in the power of their pote
With $20K, I’d put a down payment toward a performing arts youth center in the urban core. This center would provide a safe space for youth to learn dance, develop entrepreneurial skills, and gain employment opportunities. It would be a place where they feel secure, can perform, and grow into confident individuals. Beyond that, it would bring the community together, fostering creativity and unity while offering resources and support to help young people achieve their goals.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
