Tell us about your dance style or inspiration:

Born and raised on Sedgwick Ave till 8 years old, I fell in love watching neighborhood hiphop dance competitions at Roberto Clemente State Park in Bronx, NY. We moved to Decatur, Ga in 1999 and tried out for drill team when I got to high school. Unfortunately we did not have much opportunity to be ourselves at a predominantly white school so we did not make the cut. Then I joined a dance team called ATL Bomb Squad from Decatur, Ga.

How would being in Ciara's music video impact your life?

Ciara was and STILL is THE QUEEN OF DANCE of my era. The way I would fantasize about dancing alongside the Queen in all of her videos would be nothing more than a dream come true from over 20 years till this day. My sisters, friends and I would be in the break room at our job learning her dance to Promise from the bonus CD she added to teach us step by step. I get chills every single time I see her grace a stage or a dance floor just hoping and wishing for the opportunity one day.

What would you do with the $20,000?

I would treat myself and 3 daughters to a beautiful beach vacation where they could experience their 1st time flying. Then upon our return, I’d like to invest in preventing homelessness by owning and operating a shelter for families. I’ve been there recently while pregnant with my now 3 year old baby girl and it breaks me down because it was so hard and there’s not enough help for the homelessness that’s growing rapidly every single year and not enough shelters or reso
