My fluidity in movement make for seamless transitions across any style, while also thriving in hard-hitting movement that demands the audiences attention. My stage presence and eye contact create a connection with the audience whether in the last row or through a screen that leaves them on the edge of their seats. My own dance style lies within sensual, intricate, feminine movement and strong, powerful, full-body movement.
Being in Ciara's music video would be such an honor as it would be a huge stepping-stone in my dance career and help me get my name out in the dance industry, especially as a small town girl from Michigan. Learning alongside multiple other talented individuals including Ciara herself would instill me with knowledge and experiences that I will hold near and dear to my heart as a performer and choreographer. This video would take me on a journey I have been working for since I was a little girl.
With the $20,000, I would use it to help pay for college at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee. While my parents have provided me with a lot of assistance to pursue my dance career dreams, I owe it to them to help to the best of my ability. Putting this money right back into dance is where it belongs, as I will always continue my dance training whether through intensive programs, auditions, master classes, or opportunities just like this.
