My dance style is very Latin influenced. I dance Salsa and Bachata either with a partner or solo dancing. I also have experience with reggaeton, hip-hop, and jazz which allows me to incorporate different tecniques into my own style. My inspiration genuinely comes from those around me. Every time I take a dance class or watch music videos, live performances, my attention is on the dancers. I aspire to one day be one of them and get to share and express my love for dance in front of others.
Being in Ciara's music video would greatly impact my life. One of my dance goals is to be in a music video and later on become a back up dancer. This step would definitely lead me in the right direction and would remind me that anything is possible. I would feel accomplished and satisfied that all the work and effort I have put in my training was worth it.
I would use the money for a few different things. First and foremost, I would use it for my training and continue to take as many dance classes as I can to learn and grow from different instructors, including LA and New York. I would also use this money for paying off loans of course. Help myself be a bit more financially stable.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
