My dance style is a street based Hip Hop and Breakdance style of movement. I started my dance career as a Breakdancer when I was just four years old teaching myself how to headspin, with my greatest inspiration being the infamous Jabbawockeez. Throughout the years I have intensely trained in all street styles including Krump, Popping, House, and Hip Hop. Today I am focused on Hip Hop industry dance, as well as my Hip Hop freestyle. I also love to engage the audience with tricks and flips.
Being in Ciara's music video would be a life changing experience. Getting into industry dance has been something I have been striving to do for a very long time, but getting started has proven to be very difficult. It would not only be an incredibly huge opportunity to step into the industry side of dance, but also be an experience I can take to my hometown and share with my dance community to be able to inspire the younger generation.
I am currently going to my local Junior College but plan on transferring to either UCLA or UC Davis, so $14,000 would go towards tuition. $5,000 would go towards the dance studio I grew up in to create scholarships for dancers who are in need of financial assistance, and $1,000 would go to my amazing parents who have given me all the love and support to get me where I am today.
