I have experience in ballet, lyrical, contemporary, modern, west African, and hip hop. I love mixing and blending these styles together to create new pieces and stories. I am inspired by the stories of those who have overcome adversity to find happiness and joy and use that to create my various dances.
I’ve wanted to be a professional dancer for as long as I could remember, but have struggled with the confidence to step out and really take hold of my dream. This opportunity would allow me to finally step out of my comfort zone in one of the biggest ways possible and prove to myself that I am capable as a dancer. Not only that it would show other little ones who look like me that your dreams matter and you have it in you always to pursue that dream.
I would pay off my students loans and with what ever is left donate the money to another little one who wants to start their dance training.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Entrepreneur of Impact, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
