Help me compete to become the Dance Icon and appear in a music video with Ciara and win $20,000!
My dance style is very unique right in your face type of style mixed with jazz, hip-hop, majorette, ballet, contemporary, and little of bit of my own twist to the moves I create that flows with the beat. My inspiration came from me being a captain of my childhood dance team and my father making me stop dancing due to it being to feminine for his liking but I always stayed active with dancing and other forms of art to stay in tune with dance because it’s not just a sport it’s a lifest
Being in Ciara’s music video would impact my life because it’ll show kids of my background or upbringing that one day your dreams can really come true if you work towards your goals and continue to believe in yourself. Also, it’ll impact me because it’ll give me a glimpse of what I can learn from Ciara and capitalize off of what she brings to the table and do this not for a moment but a lifetime if possible.
The things I would do with the $20,000 would first pay off some of my college debt and be able to open up my own dance studio for kids in my community who’s seeking some type of guidance and structure. Also be able to give back to my community or organization that’s in need.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
