My style is a fusion of ooey-gooey textures and dynamic shifts that feed the soul's desires. I began training as a liturgical praise dancer and eventually added contemporary, modern, ballet, and hip hop. Each technique has healed parts of me in their way. So, my biggest inspiration comes from dance itself and any dancer, popular or not, who is unapologetically themselves and free.
Being in Ciara's music video would be a huge accomplishment for me. I grew up watching Ciara's music videos and learning the dance breaks. It would be a huge confidence boost and push to be a part of this process, but most importantly, it would allow me to show other young girls learning dances in their grandma's living room from the TV that anything you dream can come true.
I would use the 20,000 to donate to the institutions that have made me the dancer I am today, further my training, and fund or start an organization that funds free art education for children around the world.
