I learned how to dance through K-pop! It exposed me to a lot of different moves and styles. It helped me learn that I really love hip-hop, and I’ve branched out and practiced the basics of dance since then. I am inspired by so many dancers and choreographers, and I continue practicing in hopes of following in their footsteps!
Dancing and singing bring me more joy than anything else. This opportunity would open so many doors for me to continue doing that regularly. I am pursuing a career as a musician — a pop star. This is a way I can get my foot in the door and express myself creatively to a whole new audience. Not to mention collaborating with one of the best!!
I’m about to graduate college in the spring. So as a creative this would help me get my adult life started and allow me to pursue my passions. This would help me fund my projects and use my voice. As a trans and queer person, I want to use my platform for good to reach as many people as possible.
The search is on for eight dancers to be flown to a live judged event in Phoenix, AZ, showcasing their skills to Ciara and her choreographer, Jamaica Craft. One will be chosen to appear in her upcoming music video and win $20,000!
