Afro dance & hip hop is my love. Inspired by my African roots but my American upbringing, I’m able express the joy and power of my movement. My dance style allows me to combine the artistic story that’s within. Being inspired by music and dance icons like Ciara, Missy Elliott, Chris Brown, Yemi Alade, and the Nicholas brothers have widened in my imagination and skills as a dancer. Dance allows me to release everything within to portray the love and artistry that I can’t go
I’ve dreamed of performing with Ciara since I was a kid, This opportunity would impact my life in a major way because i would be able to express to my students that dreams really do come true and be able to show how God is always looking out. It would be a start of new blessings & goals that I have but also tie into God’s plan. It will push me in a direction that I’ve needed and wanted my whole life. This opportunity would also add to my experiences, opening doors for many
For starters I would pay God 10% , because without him nothing would be possible. I would then donate money to organizations in my community that help our youth have performing arts opportunities. I would help my family be in a better living space.
