Tell us about your dance style or inspiration:

My strengths definitely lie within jazz, acrobatics and contemporary. I am also trained in hip hop and ballet. I was a gymnast growing up so acrobatics 100% has my heart when it comes down to choosing a favorite style. Dance instructors and friends have described my dancing as powerful, fierce and energetic. I have several dancers who I’ve met growing up who continue to inspire me. These include, Lucy Vallely, Dana Wilson and Briar Nolet.

How would being in Ciara's music video impact your life?

It would honestly be a dream come true! I’m a small town girl from Kentucky with big dreams of becoming a professional dancer. To experience an opportunity like this would mean the world to me and would definitely change my life. As a child I would watch music videos and would imagine myself as one of the dancers and would mimic their moves. It would be so surreal for that dream to become a reality!

What would you do with the $20,000?

I would definitely continue my dance training and investing in my career, giving myself more exposure to dance in bigger cities. I also work for a nonprofit organization that provides cost-free dance lessons for young girls in underserved communities. It is a beautiful program and has changed the lives of so many kids. I would love nothing more than to donate funds to provide them with all of their dance wear, necessities, etc. Giving them the best experience possible for many seasons to come!
