What makes me the next dance icon is my confidence and fierce personality. I am not afraid to show the world who I am and what I can do.
Thank you for supporting me in this competition. Your donations and participation will benefit the Why Not You Foundation in their mission to fight poverty through education initiatives that empower youth to lead with a why not you attitude.
I would say my dance style is extremely fluid and visually pleasing, I love feeling myself on stage. I have acquired many types of dance styles though through the genre of Korean pop music and dance. My style ranges from Bachata, Hip-Hop, Waacking and Performance. As a Kpop Dance Cover artist my biggest inspirations are Hyolyn, Kiss of Life, Le Sserafim and Momo from Twice.
Currently, I am a film and media arts major at Cleveland State University. Though my biggest passion is dance itself, as someone who has taken dance classes there I have fallen in love with the art. Being able to receive this opportunity would help me dive into the world and lifestyle of a rising dancer and give me open opportunities to see a new future for myself.
The $20,000 would greatly impact my living situations and finances. As a college student things can get very expensive and having to pay so much for my school, car, phone, food and just trying to get through life in general gets extremely stressful and tough. The $20,000 would help me tremendously.
