Thank you for supporting me in this competition. Your donations and participation will benefit the Why Not You Foundation in their mission to fight poverty through education initiatives that empower youth to lead with a why not you attitude.
My dance style is more of a hip hop/ majorette style, but I’ve been dipping my feet into ballet and more modern styles. My inspiration has been the Alvin Ailey dance theater and musicals theaters.
It will give me more dance experience and help built up my confidence in myself and dancing. It will also help me to step out of my comfort zone and realize that an average person like myself lol can achieve greatness and inspiration my peers.
I would finish paying off my student loans, save some for my self and invest in a studio, then I will give back to the Boys & Girls Club, and Posse Foundations with is a nonprofit organization, that truly changed my life!!
