I aspire to continuously refine my artistic voice so that I may always be impactful in creating a connection with others. I continually challenge myself to be an artist that dances with a body, heart and mind connection; pushing for a deeper understanding of even the most basic moves. My art explores the inner world; movement produced from internal intention that is then expressed externally. I strive for honesty in my dancing over perfection in my movement.
Being in Ciara’s music video would really impact my life by making my childhood spirit very happy And proud. I grew up listening to Ciara’s music & learning her dance moves and it’s always been my dream to hit the stage and dance right next to her. This will really shape my professional dance career goals to the next level & open up so many doors for me to unleash my talents and influence so many people in my community to chase their dreams no matter what.
I aspire to empower all women & children by starting with the next generation and opening my own dance studio. My plan is to not only offer classes in exchange for payment, but to allow students enrolled in inner city schools the opportunity to receive a free dance education through a nonprofit organization ran through the studio. While I know I will accomplish this eventually, this $20,000 would allow me to get started sooner rather than later.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Entrepreneur of Impact, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
