I think my "inspiration" comes from the way dance can bring people together, tell stories that need to be told, and express emotions in ways that words can't quite capture. Since I started dancing, I definitely lean more towards hip-hop and contemporary. Those have been my favorite styles from the beginning. I’m a self taught dancer and hip-hop was the first thing that I wanted to be more advanced in. Contemporary is the total opposite but the softness of it is so beautiful.
First off, just being in that kind of creative environment would be exhilarating. I can imagine the energy on set would be infectious dancers and artists coming together to create something magical. Being part of a Ciara video, especially with her fierce style and captivating choreography, would definitely elevate my confidence. I mean, she has a way of commanding attention with every move, and just being associated with her talent would feel like a dream come true.
With 20k, there is so much that a person can do, but the first thing I would put it out of the way for is school. I am trying to attend a conservatory to achieve my dreams of musical theatre and it’s not cheap. Then I would put the rest in my savings and begin my journey.
